I’m in Reno, and my mind is already being blown. A very cute young man who was totally preppy except for the rather extravagant upswept ladies’ hat came up out of nowhere and hugged me at the airport.

First timer personal hydration system questions: How much water should one carry when out and about on the playa? Brigham, I carried a 2-liter Camelback all the time and supplemented that with liquids from the camps I stopped at. If possible, I tried to refill it before going out for the evening.
